Police: 12-Year-Old Charged with Throwing Acid on 11-Year-Old at Detroit Playground

It now takes 11-year-old Deaira Summers two hours to get dressed after a 12-year-old girl threw acid on her at a Detroit playground, causing second and third burns all down the girl’s back, arms, and legs.
